After settlement I'm still owing!

A few weeks ago I requested a settlement letter for my RCS Game card account. The letter was sent and I forwarded it to Iemas financial services who settles the account in full according to that settlement letter.

Now, when I open my Game app I see thwy claim I am owing them over R300???

Why????

After this account was settled in accordance to your settlement letter? Whats going on? Is tgis *****?

I complained directly to Game on their Facebook page but the directed me straight to RCS

Explain and rectify today please!
