Accouny ****mers at RCS

I am so disappointed with RCS, I opened Game account, there is someone who subscribed at Blue Label for content subscription, I have been calling RCS regarding this matter, right now my account has 4 deductions, no refund and im not assisted. I was so disappointed when I went to game MOA today and i was not the only one experiencing the same problem. Can I please be assisted.
