<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have Revolving Transactions on my account plus 2 Budget Transactions. I wish to completely pay off the Revolving Transactions and one Budget Transaction, so that I have only one Budget Transaction left to pay off.</p> <p> </p> <p>They will not allow this, saying: "Please be advised that instalment is generated based on your outstanding balance therefore we cannot split the payment to settle your revolving transaction".</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely they can help me if they really wanted to?</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Angie</p>

As discussed telephonically, RCS system is not designed to settle certain plans or purchases on the account.
Due to the multiple plans on your account whatever payments you make on the account will split across all plans. There is no way for us to manually direct a certain payment to a specific plan.
We will definitely have a look into this moving forward to ensure we manage our customer’s needs and expectations.
