Account suspended and no statement

I have made a payment on 17-07-2023. Up to date no f#@in statement of my R2000 payment made. I owe something like R800 and my account is suspended. No statement!!!!! I will not refer any person to get a RCS account due to poor feedback service and NO statement and account suspended...... Last statement i received was IN the month of May.

RCS... You still have not forward a up to date statement of proof of payment.
Your service is getting worse and worse. You rep**** the relevent department woll deal with this. ???? WHEN??? Are you this pathetic an lack of training in RCS that nobody can forward my up to date statement?? NOT ACCEPTABLE RRCS. im eagerly Waiting on a reply.

RC this is unacceptable.
I can not evel log in my RCS to retrieve this"paid up" letter?????

Forward again as i have not gor a pdf. letter and can not log in.

Wors feedback. you simply just say " its been sent"... well i did not receive any except as above mentioned.!!!
