Account still outstanding while it was paid up

I don't understand why I only get help when I write on helloPeter. I had paid up my RCS Coricraft card in November last year. After all the games RCS/Coricraft had played, my account is still not settled. I don't want this card anymore and all I want is for this account to be close, is that too much to ask. <br> These accounts are not helping anyone but benefiting themselves but using people and robbing them.
