ACCOUNT STILL NOT CLOSED

I have tried closing my account since August 2015, the store (Contempo in Lakeside) told me that they faxed thorugh my letter of cancellation of account on 31 July 2015 and I sent an email to Contempo Customer services.<br> <br> I have phoned RCS a few times and requested closure of account.<br> This morning I receive a sms from Contempo saying I have a R12 000 limit to spend so I phoned RCS today spoke to Alia, REF *** and she told me I need to email [Email Removed] stating I want my account closed, and in 30 minutes if I have received feedback from RCS I must phone again. She could see on the call logs I have requested cancellation<br> <br> Why is it so difficult to close accounts and why is my account still open????<br> <br>
