Account settled but im being charged interest

I settled my account with RCS Loans in April and I received a paid up letter. I requested them to update all the ITC companies. And to my surprise I received a letter that says im in arrears and also I checked my Transunion report which reflected a balance and arrears. This is not the first time this is happening with RCS I always settle my balance and I always have to fight with them as they keep on charging interest even after the account is paid up in full.<br> This is my second request on disputing this transaction. I dispute a transaction for RCS FIXED LONG TERM CASH (PERSONAL LOANS) # ***. I disputed this in April and May and I was told I should give it about 3 months but this is really affecting my credit profile as it now reflects Arrears while this account was settled in full. This is really annoying and I need this removed immediately. I sent my paid up letter to transunion a while back. I need this updated on all credit beareaus.
