ACCOUNT SETTLED AND CLOSED 4MONTHS AGO!!!!

SETTLED ACCOUNT NOT CLOSED AFTER 4MONTHS!!!!!!! - I have a letter stating my account has been fully paid up and closed, confirmation that has been done, but still on a MONTH to MONTH basis you are reporting to EXPERIAN that I am now overdue since the month after it has been settled with R272.35 (The interest that was supposed to be written off for early settlement). I want this sorted out, my next complaint goes to the NCR I am sick and tired of arguing with RCS. I would like a new letter stating paid up and closed from RCS with a ZERO balance and it must be updated with Experian.
