Account settled

Morning,<br> <br> I have an account with RCS which was settled on the 10th December 2014. I was trying to buy a car when the sales person told me that i need to fix my RCS account. Last week I went to SPITZ to enquire about this and they told me that I'm owing the account R1800 and couple of cents. They tried to call RCS and kept on hold for more than an hour. I want my account to be closed with an immediate effect. This is affecting me and i don't owe them. I send two emails to rcs group but there is no response. I seriously need help. Thanks in advance.
