Account Query Unresolved

Good Afternoon. The end of January I phoned the RCS Call Centre to get my balance due on my credit account. I was told that I owed about R256.00 and odd cents, I paid R250.00 on the very same day after the call!!!! I requested a statement, never received it!!! Last week I got a call again from RCS wanting to know why I am behind on payment!!! And why no payment was received for the past two months!! What happened to my January payment then???? Firstly I settled my account in January according to what I was told on the day I phoned. Secondly I am still awaiting my statement. Last week Wednesday I again asked for my statement to be emailed to me. More than a week later and I am still waiting. So quick to query when the needs suits you, yet so slow to render a proper service!!!! I again paid R260.00 last week Friday and have not received any confirmation from RCS!!!
