Account paid up - no assistance to close account
I received threatening calls and messages for an account that was paid up and never closed from rcs side. Since 15th November I asked for a paid up letter and account closure confirmation. NO ASSISTANCE received. Sending e-mails every day which are read, but NO ONE ASSISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call centre does not assist also, sending the calls back and forth with no clear resolution whom to contact.
