Account paid up, but still no paid up letter

I had accounts with Dion Wired and Game Stores, who both are subsidiaries of RCS. I paid up these accounts on 21 October 2014 at the Dion Wired Store at Woodlands Boulevard, Moreletapark. Since my accounts were already handed over to the debt collectors, VVM, I was advised to contact them for a paid up letter. I have been contacting VVM for so many times I have even lost count, and each time I am promised the letter but none is forthcoming. <br> <br> On the 30th of March 2015, I spoke to a lady by the name of Prudence Nthuping who promised to send me the paid up letter and update the information at the credit bureau. This was after I had realised that I cannot even do a simple upgrading of a cellphone contract as a result of someone not doing what they were supposed to do post settlement of the account. I have lodged dispute with transunion and they asked for the paid up letter in order to update my credit record, but of course that cannot happen as I do no have the paid up letter.<br> <br> Dion and Game have been paid long time ago, but I am still not having that paid up letter from their debt collectors. Please talk to your debt collectors
