Account paid off but status unchanged on credit bureau
I paid off my account on 20 October 2017 and it's 02 November the credit bureau status still stands as in arrears over 240 overdue. I've tried to contact the Easton Berry Collections (Philemon Dibobo) never responded to any of my emails after he received my proof of payment.
