Account not debited, Interest added
I app**** for an RCS card at Hi Fi Corp at Fourways Crossing. I gave my bank details and authorised a debit order. my account was never debited and now my account is in arrears with a lot of interest added. I have now made payment and when I check my account on my cellphone it says that it has been suspended.i tried calling their call centre and their lines are terribly busy.. please URGENTLY contact me as I need this resolved.
