Account not closed as requested

Iam not happy with your service , i paid off my Account in October and asked for it to be Closed at the Clearwater Mall Branch , they took my card swiped it on some machine and cut and they said the account has been closed.

I receive a statement and i called your call center and they said they will follow up on this ,

As far as i'm concerned i am don't owe NWJ anything , please follow up with Clearwater mall as this is their fault
