account is still no sorted
i made a payment of R1000.00 on the 20th of July to spits of which is was mistake as i was suppose to pay ctm, i phone the call center and they told me to write a letter stating that the money has to me moved to ctm instead of spits they confirmed that they have received all the necessary paperwork,, but even today the account is still not sorted.
