Account enquiries

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a complaint to lodge about the account i opened with RCS that was credited of R10 000 OR so ,not quite sure when but i have been paying the account since then and i am suspecting i am over paying this account because when i request the records of all things purchased and the total amount paid up to date i don't receive the information.</p> <p>In Jan/February i enquired about my outstanding balance and was told that i owe R778,In april i enquired i was told more similar the same amount ,last week i enquirred the balance remained similar the difference is only R15 of which monthly my account is debited of R107.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist with the correct balance outstanding</p> <p> </p> <p>Written emails as proof i have it in me</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>C.Maeko</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
