Account closure taking forever to be actioned!
How long should one wait till their account is closed and also updated on their profile? I asked for the account to be closed more than a year ago but its still showing that its open. I called a number of times and still nothing. Last time when I called (18 May) in I was advised that the closure will take longer because of lockdown, but its more than a month now.
