Account closure nightmares for over a year
I have been struggling to close an account for over a year with this company, after providing them with the information and receiving some correspondence still unable to close an account after following the given information they supp****, there are no words for this service, then only to be handed over to there debt collectors VVM who are in the same boat of client servicing responsiveness.
