Account closure

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from RCS Group.<br> <br> I sent a request in August 2015 for my account to be closed I had to call several time and for my account to be closed. Till today my account is not closed no communication has been sent to me.<br> <br> I am most annoyed and am really getting tired of your company turn around times its poor,communication is poor and poor customer service. I have to call in order for me to get feedback
