Account closure
I have requested RCS to close my account numerous times, paid the settlement amount but to no avail. Today I received an email again stating I owe them money. This is totally ridiculous!

17 Dec 2018, 07:55Yet another email and statement received, now I owe 47 Rand, it seems the complaints department does not correspond with the relevant department! Debit order wants to go off still receiving emails statements, iam going to keep on complaining untill its fixed! Dont now how u can email a client and tell them the account is closed!
