Account closure
I settled my massbuild account with rcs december 2017. Which they said they will close account at the end of the month. A month ago a law firm called me and told me my account has been handed over due to outstanding funds. After i sent the paid up letter to them they assured me my account will be closed. That 2 months ago... a month ago i called and asked for a closure letter they said they will send it to me in 24 to 48 hours. After a week a called them again several times and account is still open and no letter has been sent... worst service ever
