Account blocked for no reason
My account has been blocked because apparently account is above its limit. I'm sure what the hell is going in. I can't access the app to check, I'm still waiting for the statement I requested before I make any payment but no one can send this to me. Let's not even talk about the chat functionality on your site just as hopeless.
