ACCOUNT BLOCKED

I have an Makro and Game card with RCS and both cards was paid on 1 day I could have used the credit on my makro card. I made a complete ass out of myself with my game card I did not receive anything that my card will be blocked already and it declined at the till point!!! Why could I use my Makro card and not my Game card. I paid my own premium for that month and did not claim for the retrenchment for December. If this is the story then I feel I must be refunded the payment to game for December if I cannot use the credit.
