Account balance increases every month

My account has not been used in quite a while, and I have been making regular monthly payments. R59 per month is deducted from my bank account via debit order, however interest insurance monthly account fee is in excess of R110...how do you justify this? I called your call centre this morning and was told that \my debit order is calculated at 7.5%
