Absolutley shocking lack of service and communication

I am so incredibly frustrated with RCS. I pay my Cotton On account monthly, have never missed a debit order AND i have credit on my account yet i cant use it for some ****** reason. When ever i swipe my card it prints a slip saying "do not honour". I have never had a problem with my account up until now. I have been trying to get through to RCS but i wait hours and hours and hours for someone to assist me on the line, i have sent hundred of emails which none have been responded to. They suddenly stopped sending me statements about a year ago for no reason. And on top of that i am no longer able to check my credit anymore also for some unknown reason. I am sitting on the phone every day trying to get in contact with RCS to get to the bottom of this and find out what is happening but its impossible. RCS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF AND ITS ****** FRUSTRATING!!!!! i am feeling as if the only way i can get there attention is to stop paying my account so that they contact ME. i have never EVER encountered such bad service. I dont know what they did to my account but they disabled it or something without my ****** permission, without any communication or emails, NOTHING!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND HELP!!!! why must i pay my account if i cant even use it!!!!!
