Absolutely terrible
This is absolutely ridiculous. I made a payment on this card for the full outstanding balance. I've emailed them to close it. I've phoned them to close it. I've sent it on Facebook messenger and from the 11th until now nobody has come back to me. I've been on hold for more than 9 minutes just to try talk to someone. Now there's a statement with fees they want me to pay but they aren't closing this account.

I am sorry for the late response, we currently experiencing problems with the emails that doesnt go through our IT are busy working on that.
Balance on your account was reversed and your account reflects a R0.00 balance.
Will provide you with a paid up letter once the system is up and running.
