Absolute nightmare trying to use game card to refuel

Yesterday, I received an SMS stating fuel prices were going up and that I would be able to fill up at selected petrol stations, using my Game mystore card. I click the link attached to the message to find the selected gas stations. The first issue I had arriving at the Sasol gas station, they knew nothing about it, after several attempts with different machine terminals, I called customer service. The first lady who helps says there shouldn't be anything wrong and I should maybe try swiping inside instead of the shop. When that didnt work I called again and the second lady told me that Sasol was not part of their list of providers. I couldn't fathom what she was telling me as on the link that was sent, there are 3 providers. Sasol, Shell, and Engin. She then advised I go to an Engin or Shell. After asking her and making sure that if I go to an engin I will get help, I decided to go to the selected Engin that is close to my work. I asked the attendees if they would take my Rcs game card as payment and she responded by saying that since last year it has never worked, she too has an rcs game card and she experienced the same problem. I am so disappointed as I have driven to all these places with no solution. Customer care service doesn't help as they say one thing but get to the gas station and they're confused.

I want to use my game card to put petrol but I can't, no one can give me a proper explanation on the way forward. I cannot keep driving around looking for a gas station that will help
