5-7 working days delivery over promise
Card approved 7th April and today marks 7days of their 5-7 working days for delivery excluding day card was approved. Called monday and agents keep telling me within 7 working days for delivery, and yet no one has asked if I already received a call from the courier. I had to call again today and I am.not sure what IT delay has to do with the lack of delivery. Can you deliver my card please

A call was received from CCD couriers thanks,
I had thought delivery will be urgent but seems I need to wait for next week.
Please rather inform us that courier call and delivery will happen within 7-14 working days, so to minimize our expaction of card delivery.
Because in my head I was expecting delivery before Easter weekend
