36 Days + Goodbye Letter to Close RCS Account!!!!

<p>I just do not get it, how in all that is good in this world, does it take 36 days to close an RCS account when you have fully paid up all outstanding debt. 36DAYS!! Come on RCS you are playing with our credit records. AND another thing, why do i have to write you a good bye letter and send you a copy of my id, when i want to close an account, with the other credit providers, a phone call is all that it takes. Come on RCS, i'm sure you can catch up to the other providers. </p>
