Wishing to make a payment to my game account today I decided to use the EFT Facility they brag about,but did not have my 16 code as shown on my card handy. So being in the 21st century I decided to email the lovely RCS group vir the [Email Removed] email address. Guess what happened. Nothing. So, whos fault will the late payment be now? Mine or theirs? I emailed 19 times today alone, and I got a read report for each emaqil I sent. My email has ALL my contact details in my signature but not 1 RCS consultant could take the innuitive to call or reply. Good job guys thats fantastic work ethic. Keep it up.
