Empty Promises and Treathening messages

The service we received from this company was appalling. As soon as they received their money the job was completed in a rush and done half. When we called to complain we were told that there is no guarantee. After months of calls, messages and empty promises I was told by die owner Wouter that he doesn't deal with it and somebody else will phone me. The owner's messages where very rude and put in a threatening manner. When I didn't answer my phone I got a message from Wouter instructing me to answer my phone. Upon my reply defending myself I was told: gaan speel met jou Poppe. I will not recommend this company, they have no sense of service or how to treat their customers.
