Pefund for short payment

Good day hopefully you will help me .I had a loan at sanlam .I asked for the settlement amount which was R25170.58. Then I paid all on the 4th of July. And on the 25th of July R3.000 deposited by mistake to their account then I asked for the refund they short pay me. R2200.please help me they gave me late August
