Rcs Paving

I paid Richard R 30 000 on 24th October 2019. On 16th November he sent me a whatsapp message that I am on the board for commencement and the he will check when the paving will be delivered. On 24th November at 02:01 in the morning I got another message from him saying that "he arrived home safe and that I must let him know when I am home safe." He obviously realised that he sent the message to the wrong person and deleted the message. Since this message, he has blocked me on whatsapp. I have been trying to get hold of him on Face Book, but he has blocked me now completely. His brother, Gordon, phoned me on Thursday (28 Nov) to tell me that Richard has been in Marloth Park for the past 2,5 weeks with friends and his fiance. But Richard is very ill and is bleeding internally. They have to airlift him from Marloth Park and Gordon then advised that they suspect fowl play. I am so disappointed in Richard. He did a wonderful paving job for me in 2016 and I experienced no problems at all. That is why I wanted to make use of him again.
