Rcs game,,, disgusted by ser

I am very very discust wirh the service, my mum who is a pensioner. Used her rcs game csrd pin rejected, i phoned there client service holding for 30 min then i spoke to a consultant,,, in which she advise there was a technical problem, she advise to reset, she inturn tramfered me. Hence call disconnected,, yes i phoned again holding again for 20min thereafter another consultant, again the procedure, and again call disconnected, what type service is this, i ask to speak to manger i was told the manager does not work on sat, wow that's a good job, manager does not work on sat,, consultants done even know how to adress clients,,, rcs game,, i am personally shocked and embarrassed by you guys after sales service.
