Worst service from RCS

Terrible service!!! I have a credit card with Makro which is powered by RCS. I have been paying my account each month on time. All of a sudden, my account is arrears and I have been sending them POP over and over and I have been phoning over and over after been told they can't pick up a payment each time it's a different month and still this is not resolved. Now I have to pay the interest and penalties because of the mistakes they are making. And I still have no outcome to this matter. This is unacceptable!! How do you hire people that can't even do their job properly???
