Worst Financial Service Provider of all time. (Period)

I cannot honestly believe they call themselves a financial service provider. Never have I have had such atrocious service from any other type of credit card facility holder as I've had with them. I have a Pick and Pay credit card "managed" by RCS. For no reason they blocked my card just as I wanted to use it for holiday shopping. I then proceeded to spend almost 2 weeks trying to get through to their ***** department. Multiple attempts for hours on end. Get promised I would be called back. No calls. Finally get through (after Xmas has already come and gone), card eventually unblocked. (More nightmare, multiple emails required with actual photos of your ID, no scans allowed) Made a single purchase and then tried to use it again at another PnP, purchase declined. Spent another 45min waiting for ***** department, only to be told they cannot tell me why it was declined (one of a dozen reasons was their responce, none of which they will tell me why). What a joke, so you think this would fly with any other kind of credit card facility holder? Imagine this happening with your bank... Now I literally never know when it will or won't work. Pathetic...
