WORST COMPANY EVER

On 08 march 2022, i received an sms that i have made a shopping at Pnp for an amount of R15000.RCS Called me told that if its not me i need to send affidavit stating that its me. I did that and send all the documents that they needed, but since then i have never had anything from regarding the outcome. Its over a month now. The only thing that they can contact you is when they want you to pay account that you did not open. To hell with them, i m telling them that i will not pay this fu...n RCS account. They hired a bunch of stupid ********** managements and their employees. They only know to tarnish your name at credit bureaus. Please people do not fall from open account with them because you are putting yourself in a serious countless problems. I m saying this because that they can see that ********** activities is always happen to their customers accounts but they are not willing to change their system.They will not get any cent from me. How can you notify the credit bureaus that i m not them where as you know that you have a dispute that you have not yet resolved.
