VERY BAD SERVICE

I have app**** for a card via Game store. I have payed monthly installments and one day I settled the account, two weeks after that I have decided to use the available funds again,

the cash advance done on the self-service app was paid successfully to my Capitec account August 12 for R 4 795.00 because that was the amount available for me to withdraw and I took R 4 795.00 Via cash send.

The decided to deposit another amount of R 4 063.00 without my consent, on the same day I called Customer Care and still sending emails till to day.

No one has not responded to my complaint, instead am getting messages that I owe that R10 000+ that I did not even qualify for, Now, I cannot apply for credit anywhere because it shows that I owe RCS Group Registered Credit and Financial Service Provider - R10 000+ with installment of R1400 a month.
