Useless....

I settled my RCS account and received a Paid up Letter from Easton Berry on 29 June 2023 Since then, the account has still not been closed, it is still showing on my credit record.

I do not receive any results from the RCS department to get this resolved. It also seems that the Easton Berry attorneys do not respond.

UPDATE

I have sent emails to the RCS complaints address, unsurprisingly, no replies.

I have had to block just short a hundred phone numbers as the lawyers are still phoning me for an outstanding account.
