Unresponsive Service

Unprofessional! No response to an enquiry I have made since 9 October 22. Been advised from pillow to post on requested details. Staff are not informed with current information at the retail stores or nobody actually doing the job. Have emailed several addresses given to me with no returns or responses. Please contact me urgently regarding JET Account payments!!!
