After numerous request on the phone from on department to another, promises not being kept can you please advise as to how difficult it is typing a settlement letter, being in finance myself I can type and send in 5 min,

Not so difficult last call I was promised 48hours really well it has been 72 hours plus not even focusing on it any more as its empty promises.

Now can I have my settlement letters for the following PICK N PAY STORE CARD MILDAYS
