Unpaid Refund

I am waiting for refund since 4 December 2024. RCS refunds takes 7-14 working days and the waiting is more than that. When I followed up I am told the same story that the amount is more than R10K, the payment is with finance waiting for approval.

This is an additional amount that I paid on my settled loan. There is a total disregard and ignorance from the service provider. I have been their client however the way my case is handled leaves a lot to be desired.

Up to this point now, I am frustrated by RCS.
