unfair listing

The RCS group handed over my paid off Edgars account to the collections company, Nimble group. They listed me as a bad payer. Went to Edgars Wonderpark and they confirmed that the account was paid off and thus closed. I sent an email to RCS about 2-3 weeks ago and still await a response to date. My name remains listed and I am not getting any joy from the 2 companies.
