Unemployement affected me

Good day I had a RCS group card ,i was not working -but now i got something i paid when i could ,i sent through a payment arrangement to advise what i will afford and how i plan to clear my arears ,please i would like my account back in the collection space and i will advise the payment arrangement.

Please understand i was unemployed -i was retrenched toke me long to get something things are hard im asking you please re-instate my account
