Thieving RCS

I recently app**** telephonically and received a loan from RCS. However, the agreed amount was R20 000 but through an error on my part, R120 000 was deposited into my account. As soon as I realized the error, I transferred R95 000 back to RCS and contacted them. I was afra that they would calculate repayments on the R120 000. I was assured that the repayment would be calculate over 5 years on the R25 000 that I retained. However, to my horror, they deducted repayment bases on R120 000. After many frustrating calls I realised and sending my bank statements via email I realised that I am banging my head against a brick wall. The call centre operators always say they cannot assist, and that they cannot transfer the call to someone who can. Nobody ever calls back despite assurances that someone would. The consequence is that I am severely out of pocket, debit orders are bouncing, my health is suffering and I am financially worse off than before taking the loan. I assumed the loan would help alleviate some of my burden but alas, it has had the opposite effect. My bank is unable to assist in reversing the debit order. To add insult to injury, I received the first statement of account from RCS three days after they deducted the wrong amount indicating the repayment on R120 000. I have no option now but to change my bank account and wait for RCS to do the right thing. My advice to people seeking loans is to never use RCS. They don't care about customer service.
