Terrible ******** service

Good day,

Your service is nonexistent, to put it mildly.

First I requested that you increase my payments, to which you responded that you couldn't. Then you deducted the money on the 30th instead of the 31st. You emailed my although the money went off twice on the 31st. Now I keep receiving emails that my account is 2 months in arrears although it should be in advance???
