Terrible RCS

Despite officially filing the ***** report with RCS ***** department, producing all requested upporting documents, and my request to freeze that account till completed investigation ********** illicit activity has continued to take place abusing my acvount. Their ***** department so far hasn't come with any report even three months later, they are just useless. I told them loud and clear I have no intention paying account whose security is compromised while they have no intention to get to the bottom of the issue and bring this account in order and to reconcile it. Trying to get them on the phone becomes psinfurl due to their faulty switch board, it cuts you off after few words with their consultant. I requested them to produce settlement figure, excluding ********** transections, in order to be paid in full and final settlement and to terminate/ close this account for good. I suggest that we continue communication via email that they already have on the system ( ***) but regardless they keep harassing me to keep paying that account despite it was compromised and card I locked away several months ago once I started suspecting something is wrong with that account. I would never recommend anyone to use their service as their customer care and security is bellow acceptable nowadays.
