Six Months! Constant Struggle!

I wish my rating would show no star at all! ITS BEEN ALMOST SIX MONTHS. I've been paying my PNP store account every month, as well as sending my proof of payments to RCS. I still get harassed daily on why I don't pay my account. All of the proof has been sent to the correct email address, as well as follow up emails regarding my case. I've even spoken to head office, and sent through all of my proof to them as well. They admitted it's a mistake on their side and they will correct it ASAP, but that doesn't happen. It looks like I don't pay my dues, and as a young adult trying to build her life, that doesn't look good for me. It's very bad for my credit score. I receive SMS's, and emails as final reminders to pay my account, to avoid being handed over. When I spoke to head office they told me as soon as I get handed over, they will deal with it immediately. I told them I'm not waiting till I get handed over, this needs to be corrected before that happens. Head office was supposed to get back to me 48hrs later.......its been a month since. There is literally nothing I can do, but to sit and wait for RCS to start doing their job. I'm sick of their calls.
