Shoddy service from RCS

I paid in an amount of R2000 on top of my debit order on the 17th November 2022. To date after numerous phone calls and emails they have not rectifide my balance owing. Today I phoned again and I am told the finance department only received my bank confirmation yesterday the 13th December which I had sent through last Monday. Now they say it will take 48 hours before it will reflect on my account. Shoddy service. No wonder people are leaving this country we have uneducated people working in finance companies. Get a grip RCS.
